This offering is from Constantina Sotelo, an all-natural winemaker in Rías Baixas.
Porco Bravo is sourced from 40 small parcels of old vines, some nearly 200 years old.  Whole cluster, long skin contact and aged in amphorae.  Crushed fleshy nectarine, lemon, orange and peppery - rich and bright, textured and radiant.
