“PΔP” is sourced from 3 criaderas created in 1911 with at least 30 years average age at bottling.  This particular solera is compromised from six sherry botas destined for England which never set sail. Forgotten at the winery for decades, only 50 botas remain. Super savory with a sweet finish, intense, salty, almonds, orange and peach, cigar smoky. Tiny quantities bottled (300) – drink history.
