La Horra · New RBD · since 2010
Field blend entry point into the wonderful world of Dominio del Águila by Jorge Monzón and Isabel Rodero. Whole cluster, slow, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and matured in French oak barrels for 19 months. Dark berry juicy, spicy, and earthy with fine-grained tannins and cool acidity, just emerging out of its shell, smiling and expressing the warmth of La Aguilera.
D.O. Ribera del Duero
Grapes: Tempranillo, Bobal, Garnacha, Albillo
