Relatively new collaboration between the Izagirre family and Península Vinicultores. From vines sourced near the villages of Villabuena de Álava and Samaniego. Aged on its fine lees in a trio of vessels (stainless steel, concrete tanks, and neutral oak barrels) for several months. Green apple, lemon, floral and flinty - versatile.
