“Mon Dieu!” exclaimed French winemaker Denis Dubordieu upon first tasting the vermouths from the Usarralde brothers in 2010.  This is a white vermouth crafted from a base of Viura grapes which are macerated on its own lees for 9 months in French oak barrels. Forty spices are included in the family recipe including Dittany of Crete, iris root, Ceylon cinnamon, wormwood, and Madagascar cloves. Citrus zesty and floral with alpine forest notes.
