“Mon Dieu!” exclaimed French winemaker Denis Dubordieu upon first tasting the vermouths from the Usarralde brothers in 2010.  Crafted from a base of Viura grapes from Rioja baja (Oriental) which are macerated on its own lees for 12 months in French oak barrels. A medley of 40 herbs, flowers, and roots are included in the family recipe including Dittany of Crete, iris root, Ceylon cinnamon, wormwood, and Madagascar cloves. Balsamic, cola, vanilla - bittersweet and smooth.
