Equipo Navazos La Bota de Amontillado #117 (750ml), Montilla-Moriles

Release number 117 was first aged in Montilla as a fino for about 20 years, and then by Juan Márquez of Pérez Barquero for an additional 12 years.   It rides the fine line between freshness and complexity, and is classified as a fino-amontillado.  Aromatic, nutty, and saline.  A triumph of the style.
