A project started in 2016 by two high school buddies, eco-minded and focused on sustainable viticulture in the Basque country.  Old bush vine red blend fashioned from very complex soils (shale, siltstone, clay, sandstone, limestone).  Hand-harvested, destemmed, and aged in old French oak barrels for six months.  Crunchy ruby red fruit, lifted, tangy, salty minerality - Basque gem.
