Manolo Fariña, founder D.O. Toro, and his son, Manuel, are responsible for this traditional tinto crafted from centenary vines.  Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.  Cherry and plums, peppery, vanilla, cocoa, and toasty – integrated.
