Ca N’Estruc Negre is a tinto fashioned from biodynamically farmed fruit planted on clay, limestone, and gravel soils from 25-40 years in age.   Negre is a blend of destemmed fruit, fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks.  Red berry fruity, Mediterranean herbal and peppery.  Juicy, violets and pearls.
