A newcomer to the Rioja scene, Anza is the handiwork of upstart Diego Magaña who comes from a winemaking family in Navarra.  From fifty-year-old bushvines, fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats, whole cluster, aged for one year in a large French cask and used barrels. Bright cherry, pomegranate, herbaceous earth, smooth tannins - bright liquid velvet charm.
