Natural mountain wine by engineer turned winemaker Jorge Oliveira in the Aragonese Pyrenees. Fermented with wild yeasts, aged for 1 year in neutral Stockinger barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, zero S02 added.  Bursting red berry, crunchy acidity - lithe and leggy.
