Founded in 2020 by Charlie Prymaka who worked with Cati Ribot in Santa Margalida.  A co-fermentation, carbonic maceration meant to be drunk chilled without fanfare.  Red cherry, cranberry, tart with acidity.  Glou Glou - Listo para beber - ready to drink.
