Another brilliant effort from Raúl Pérez in his hometown of Valtuille de Abajo. From centenary vines in the exalted El Rapolao parcel, whole cluster fermentation in chestnut barrels, aged in used French oak foudres for one year.  Creamy, juicy, and succulent, with integrated tannins leading to a straddle between Old and New World winemaking – balanced freshness with structural integrity – hedonistic delight.
