Millenium is only produced in select vintages, this a joint winemaking effort by Lucía Pascual Fernández & Rodrigo Pons. From 50-year-old vines first planted at the onset of the winery’s roots. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, extensive maceration, aged for 26 months in new French oak barrels with manual racking, followed by rest in estate cellars. Dark cherry, forest herbal, savory and creamy - succulent.
