Assemblage of young and ungrafted old vines (planted 1900,1933, & 1970) around the villages of Villafranca, Villabuena, Toro, Morales de Toro, and Villaester. Practicing organic, dry-farmed Tinta de Toro, gobelet trained. Hand-harvested, fermentation in stainless steel, aged in used French barriques for 8 months. Blackberry and cocoa, spicy - opulent.
