Father and son duo Manuel and Isaac Cantalapiedra identify as winegrowers first, and hope to shake things up in Rueda and Toro with wines of dynamic balance, complexity, and structure. From 40-year-old vines, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in French oak barrels, aged for 11 months without stirring. Chamomile, herbaceous, mineral, stony, chalky and piquant - radiant.
