Named in honor of the perfumer Francois Coty, symbolizing the family effort to create aromatic and elegant Cavas. Aged in a vaulted cellar built in 1906.  Twenty-six months on the lees in cellar and disgorged in May 2022. Lively bubbles, lemon, pear, apple, floral, creamy – like a breath of fresh Aire.
