A cool sparkler by winemaker Carlos Martínez crafted in a vaulted underground cellar built in 1906.  As part of an unusual and intriguing vinification, this wine blends multiple distinct vintages. Aged for 3-5 years. Creamy, brioche, pastry, citrus, golden apple, pear, toasted nuts, nice acidity, fine bubbles - voluminous pleasure.
