From several parcels of old vines (70–110 yrs.) at over 1000m elevation farmed by the team and 15 local families.  Eight months aging in neutral barrels and concrete vessels.  Biodiversity meets volcanic soils where terruño is the product of tradition, culture, and history of this ancient area.  Expect trademark citrus, salt, acidity and smoke.
