How fortunate we are that Sara and René keep some of their wines to be released when they are just peeking out to say hola.  A glimpse of its potential can be seen now with a vigorous decant, revealing a coiled, Priorat dandy.  Fruit comes from a recuperated vineyard nesting smack dab in a scenic holm oak grove.  Fermented with partial cluster in a large oak foudre, rich and formidable, with its stony minerality and nature shining bright – glorious harmony in a bottle.
