A gorgeous mosaic of native grapes overseen by colleiteiro Emilio Rojo. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, aged for 10 months on its fine lees in a combo of stainless steel tanks and oak foudre. Grapefruit, stone fruit, salty and mineral-driven, textured with vibrant acidity.
