This project is the handiwork among oenologist Inma Pazos, Xosé Lois Sebio of Coto de Gomariz winery, and husband Miguel Montoto.   Biodynamically farmed, co-fermented in stainless steel, aged 4 months in French oak. Mid-weight, balanced, juicy, round and tart.
