Asturian/Basque collaboration from Sidra Trabanco and Destilerías Acha, Alma de Trabanco is the first vermouth made with the addition of natural cider en rama (unfiltered). Alma is fashioned from white wine and a gang of botanicals such as cinchona, boldo, wormwood, savory, gentian, artemisia, cinnamon, star anise, coriander, thyme and vanilla. Orchard fruit, bittersweet with rounding acidity.
