Sourced from centenary vines, 80% whole cluster, fermented in concrete vessels and stainless steel tanks on its lees, and aged for 14 months in a combination of concrete vats and used French oak puncheons before final blending. Herbal, earthy, pomegranate, wild strawberry, granitic tang, chalky tannins, mineral - refined Gredos. D.O. Cebreros
