Los Yesares is a premier cru level red wine by Juanjo, Carlos, and Lucía Cerdán from a vineyard planted between 1942 and 1967.  Many of the vines are pie franco, and the vineyards are farmed organically and Demeter (certified biodynamic). Wines are aged in foudres and French oak barrels for 2 years. Los Yesares is a hefty wine with a Stratum-style stony minerality, chalky tannins, Mediterranean herbal, luscious red fruit and length - a keeper.
