Cepas Vellas is sourced from a single 1.5ha vineyard in front of the winery in Meaño, planted in 1785 on sábrego (granite) soils.  Pergola trained, aged in stainless steel for 11 months on its fine lees, this wine can be aged in a cellar for at least another decade.   Razor clam sharp acidity, citrus, Atlantic brine, crushed oyster shells, complex and profound - patience in cellar justly rewarded.
