Benchmark, high altitude verdejo from limestone soils, expressing stony minerality, salinity and chalk.  Matured on its fine lees for 4 months with daily bâtonnage (lees stirring). Bursting citrus, crisp green apple, grassy and creamy with dynamite acidity.
