Bodegas Poniente Amontillado VORS (750ml), Jerez

This VORS is part of the Poniente series of sherries by Patrick Mata and Alberto Orte from acquired mature botas from almacenistas.  A rare and natural amontillado (not fortified again during the oxidative phase), with an average age of 40+ years. Saline and dry, almonds and hazelnuts, sea spray with a hint of sweetness.
