Easily one of our favorite sherries, this VORS oloroso is among the most versatile gastro wines available on the planet Earth, and probably the universe.  Composed from old stocks bought from defunct sherry houses, at its base is an 18th Century solera with 7 criaderas, started by Agustin Blazquez and a 19th Century solera started by Alfred Gilbey. Averaging over 45 years of age, this is a monumental oloroso brandishing stony minerality and spicy, saline richness.  Voluptuous and distinctive.  Long live oloroso!
