Borja Pérez has been learning how to work with the vines of Tenerife for some time now, and each vintage offers an opportunity for growth and understanding. The 2021 bottling reveals complexity, rich, dark fruit held together by relaxed tension and focus.  Vines come from Finca Casa Canales, a 1.26 Ha vineyard planted in 2006.
