Nick Africano is at it again, luring quite the cast of sherry characters for these collaboratve projects designed to pay homage to the men and women who make sherry go!  This dry vermut is crafted with Buelan Nevado Fino (aged 3 years) and fortified with grape spirit from the Finger Lakes.  Andalusia and the Hudson Valley share the botanical lift.  Bitter orange, floral, bone dry, and oxidative - like a perfect herbal creamsicle.
