Ca'n Verdura Son Agullo 2021, Mallorca

Son Agulló is crafted from a single old vines parcel (0.7 Ha) of Mantonegro planted 
in red, iron-rich, clay, limestone soils. Vines benefit from Menorcan winds (Levante) providing for vital ventilation. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in a single French foudre, followed by ten months of aging in French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. Dark berries, jam, mid-weight, precise and refined, ageworthy – a superfine overall effort.
