Beguiling orange wine from Marta Ribera and Andrés Carull. The grapes come from Salinas de la Mata Natural Park in Torrevieja and estate fruit in Villena. One month of skin contact maceration, aged on its fine lees for several months in stainless steel tanks. Peach, apricot, lemon, orange, honey, eucalyptus, bright acidity, salt - vibrant, gripping umami.
