An innovative blend of native, Catalan red and white varieties by partners Ramón Parera and Jordi Arnan. Grapes are hand-harvested and co-fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel vats, followed by traditional method secondary fermentation in bottle, aged between 36 and 42 months on the lees before disgorgement.  Bone dry (no dosage), creamy, lofty bubbles, high acid, mineral rich - celebratory.
