Xarel-lo under the guidance of the phases of the moon and aged in amphora.  So yes, a biodynamic wine that rocks.  Manel Aviñó and his daughter Núria team up to bring an all-purpose vino blanco from vines planted in 1938.  Skin contact for just 15 days. Mineral-driven, bright and tart with grip and texture.  Salty and stony with citrus undertones (tangelo), aromatic and blissful.
