Used to be Dani's baby at his namesake winery, but now being made by Comando G.  For the 2021 El Reventón, you’ll find an herbal and spicy edge, mineral-driven due to the mix of red slate, clay, sand, and quartz soils from the single parcel of 70-year-old vines growing at 900m alt.  Whole cluster, with 16 months of aging in 500L French barrels - expressive and ethereal, will age gracefully and reward fully.
