A project formed by four winemakers looking to bring back Vinos de Pasto, unfortified wines from the past expressing Atlantic Pago character.  The fruit comes from Sanlúcar’s grand cru Pago Miraflores Alta. A vino de pueblo depicting the fine work of the families who have worked these historic pagos for generations.  Aged for about a year in old botas without flor.  Oceanic, sherry nose, saline, sunny, light and fanciful.
