Another wonderful white wine blend with native grapes from star winemaker Laura Lorenzo.  Erea de Pobo is fashioned from a vineyard of old vines (80-120 yrs.).  Grapes were pressed and left on the skins to rest for a short time; the wine was then fermented in old barrels with wild yeasts, then raised for 6 months in a large foudre.  Aromatic, white flowers and orchard fruits, orange and mineral-driven.
