Willy Pérez and Ramiro Ibáñez single vineyard grand cru vino de pasto, unfortified palomino fino sourced from Pago de Balbaina Baja.  Aged under flor for 2 months.   Saline, subtle, and volcanic.  Elegance with a wisp of sherry character.
