De La Riva Manzanilla Pasada (750ml), Sanlucar de Barrameda

A manzanilla pasada by Willy Pérez and Ramiro Ibáñez from a small solera (20 botas) from a parcel called Cerro de los Cuadrados, which was last bottled in 2012.  From younger Tosca Cerrada soils, aged around 15 years, selected from 7 botas.  Floral, chamomile, mushrooms, baked apples, minerally, concentrated, creamy, saline and rare.
