El Maestro Sierra "Anticuario" Amontillado (1.5L)

The tragic story of this amontillado is during the solera process, one of the original barrels from 1830 was leaking all over the cellar floor.  In a salvage operation by capataz Ana Cabestrero and Juan Clavijo, what remained was bottled into magnums.  In addition to being a superb example of amontillado from El Puerto de Santa Maria, we are fortunate to be able to drink history, courtesy of the sublime women at El Maestro Sierra (Gracias Doña Pilar y Carmen).
