A collab between Envínate and A. Chingao Vineyards, this single parcel bottling explores the terroir of Almansa.  Thirty-year-old vines planted on calcareous soils at 800m alt. Hand-harvested, 80% whole cluster, fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks, aged 8 months in concrete, no fining, filtration or added S02. High-toned and funky, red berry, floral and mineral.
