Envínate Palo Blanco 2022, Canary Islands

An unfined, unfiltered listán blanco from centenarian vines in the black volcanic soil.  Vines get the braided cordon trenzado method to promote airflow.  In the bottle is sea salt, stone and volcanic essence.   High-toned and hard to find, but we got some.
