Very fine blanco from very old vines (130-200 yrs.)  Grapes were hand-harvested, partial whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and amphora, maturation on its fine lees for 9 months. No fining, filtration or added S02 - so natural+. Lemon curd and grapefruit pithy, floral, orchard fruit, saline, herbal, mineral, and hazy - scintillating.
