Trio of white grapes for this Demeter (certified biodynamic), dry blanco from the Albéniz brothers, Ricardo and Vicente, fermented spontaneously in French oak barriques and raised on the lees for 11 months in new and used French oak. A ripe, textured, mineral-driven blanco with a touch of oak, creamy, structured, and substantial.
