A fresh, natural, and chillable red from a joint venture between two families in the heart of Manchuela.  Fruit is from 20-year-old bush vines of Bobal, growing on limestone, clay soils at high elevation (850m). Aged for six months in stainless steel tanks.  Light and bright, with a good backbone of soft tannins, red berry fruit, floral and plummy – real nice juice.
