5th gen. brothers Saúl and Benjamín Gil-Berzal seek to carve out a magical corner of Laguardia in La Rioja to create sustainable wines that translate a sense of place in the bottle. From parcels planted in the early 1990s, quick pressing of free run Garnacha, fermented in stainless steel with no added S02.  Orchard apples, well-rounded with balanced acidity.
