From 4th gen. Catalan winemaker Toni Carbó, as an homage to what he feels his grandfather’s wine might have tasted like, La Bufarella is fashioned from a mere 1.1 Ha planted in 1982 between Penedès and Subirats.  Natural fermentation in stainless steel, aging and bottling according to the lunar calendar.  A blanco of great texture, salty, round, sensitive, stony and mineral – delightful.
