After working a few harvests in South Africa and Argentina, San Fran native Zachary Elfman has made the steep slopes of Ribeira Sacra his home.  Natural, artisanal, pure juice from Zachary Elfman, whose mission is to make fine wines the old-fashioned way – guts, heart, and hard work in the vineyard.  Bright, tart cherry and raspberry with moderate acidity and sweet spices.
